Here are some things that a woman should avoid during her period:



1. Never skip a meal.
      Always eat on time because you're losing a lot of blood during your period. Eating at the right time would mean that you're adding energy to your body whenever you eat to help you not feeling unwell on your monthly period.


2. Avoid doing any physical work.
      Because this will just add more pain to your abdomen. It won't lessen the pain that you're feeling.


3. Never ever involve yourself in a se*ual interc*urse.
      Never have s*x during your monthly period because this might lead to an infection.


4. Don't eat at a fast food diner.
      Don't eat greasy foods because its not healthy for your body. Eat something nutritious.


5. Avoid over-working.
      Never force yourself to work so much when you're on your period. Staying in bed is much better while on your period.


6. Never stay awake all night.
      Sleep is needed to gain the energy you loss the whole day.
