A 12-year-old boy pretended to be a Police and Extorted money from people?! Must Watch!

A 12-year old boy pretended to be a policeman and extorted money from the drivers along Pasay City. The said boy was seen to be wearing a full complete police uniform, with a replica of 9mm gun in his side. It also seems that he was holding a pad of pink tickets and has been apprehending drivers and was threatening them that they'll be reported to the PNP Highway Patrol Group.
