A boy got his Skin Burnt because of a Gang War?! Must Check!

In the city of Parañaque, a 19-year-old along with 2 minors burned a 12-year-old kid who got a third-degree burn on his legs and body. According to the news, USEC. Vilma Cabrera of DSWD stated that the 19-year-old kid was the perpetrator of the crime. Since he's already in a legal age, he will be put into prison and will be put into a counseling.
