In just a matter of Three seconds, a man robbed a taxi passenger. How? The doors weren't unlocked.
Make sure to always ask the taxi drivers to lock the doors while you're in the road.
In a video that was uploaded by Vince Racoma on his Facebook account, the scene showed that the taxi that was in-front of Vince's car decided to stop for awhile to give way to a woman who is crossing the road. A man then walked towards the taxi and suddenly opened the door and robbed whoever is inside the taxi. The man ran away as fast as he could away from the scene.
