A Rude Driver, and a Smart Woman! Check this out!

On a Facebook post of Jovy Medina Leonardo, a MMDA Staff (self-proclamed) driver blocked his car in the front parking of Pan de Manila, which was supposed to be the parking space where Jovy would park. Jovy tried to get the driver's attention to at least move his car but to no avail, he didn't move, so Jovy has no choice but to go out of her car and talk to the driver to move his car.

The driver asked Jovy to move her car  instead, away from the Pan de Manila branch. Since she was disappointed with the driver, she asked if the man was from 'MMDA' and the man, answered her rudely with "Ano sa tingin mo? (What do you think?)" and even added that he was there to monitor public transport violators.

In response Jovy said that, she has the right to park on that space because she's a customer of Pan de Manila, unlike him who was just there to park and do nothing. Jovy tried asking again to move his car but the man refused and even said "Baka gusto mo TICKETAN kita!!! (Or do you want me to issue you a ticket!)". Jovy fired back and said "Anong kaso ko?? (What's my case?)", Jovy added that the MMDA guy was out of place of saying such a thing.

Jovy then grabbed her phone inside the car and started taking pictures of the vehicle, when the guy saw what Jovy was doing, he got angrier and shouted "Sige kunan mo!!! (Go ahead and take pictures!)". The man was about to come closer to Jovy when a traffic enforcer from TMG named Rodrigo came in to the rescue and said "Sir, that's a woman."

From that moment, Jovy knew that the guy wasn't professional, looks like the Guy was from Taytay, Rizal which is definitely out of Metro Manila Development Authority's jurisdiction. He doesn't even look like an officer, and his manners and dequorum was not good, he had no idea of R.A. 6713 which is requiring government personnel, staff, and employees to have a proper etiquette.

Jovy, as smart as she is, has researched and found out that the guy wasn't really an officer, he was only a driver of an employed MMDA Engineer named Eng. Emilio Llabor whose from Palmera 3, Taytay, Rizal.
