LTO Personnels Destroyed the Tricycle of this Man?! Check this out!

In a video posted by the page 'Kabayani Ka Pinoy', you will see that the LTO Personnels destroyed the man's Tricycle in the middle of the road. They even hit the Tricycle driver and pushed him towards the L300 LTO Car.

Is this the right way to treat a tricycle driver or a person? After the driver earned and bought his own tricycle, these LTO Personnels would just destroy it? The driver might have done a violation but, do these personnel needed to act that way? They could have just issue him a ticket for his violation.

Taohan ng LTO mga walang hiya... di n naawa dun sa tao kung my violation man pwede naman pagsabihin o tickitan nlang. Bakit kailangan sirain ung motor ng tao at bugbugin. Makatarungan ba yan ???
