Duterte, before continuously receiving campaign funds from his supporters nationwide and even in other countries. Duterte is really serious about his quote " Change is Coming". He wants to start it to himself by returning the excess fund to those who contribute.
A member of Dutertes campaign team posted a photo of bank checks on "facebook" saying that they will return it to the campaign contributors.
