TC Candler has once again declared the Top 100 Women who has the Most Beautiful Face in the year 2015. And last year, two Filipina Celebrity Stars got a spot in the International Survey that was conducted around the world.

First off, we got Kathryn Bernardo a.k.a. the  at the 80th Spot of the Survey.
