Traffic Enforcers forcefully stopped a Truck Van and used a Taser to hurt the driver and helpers! Check this out!

Last February 6, 2016, a video was posted by Kheo Avejar, about an incident where they got forcefully stopped by some Traffic Enforcers. One of the Traffic Enforcers even used a Taser to hurt the driver because the driver wasn't following what they're saying. The driver says that they didn't have any violation while the Traffic Enforcers keeps on insisting that they have violated a rule but won't tell Kheo and his Manager(The Driver).

Please make this video viral, the one whose driving is our sales manager. We were asked to stop and the traffic enforcers were asking for our sales managers' license without saying any violations that we had violated. Then they were trying to take my tablet because I was taking the video of what is happening. When they stopped trying to get my tablet, they used a taser to electrocute our manager and our helpers whose inside as well. I hope that this incident will be noticed by the higher ups. This incident happened across SM Molino, Cavite. There's no check point sign, so our manager won't drive towards the sidewalk, and the enforcers didn't state what violation did we violate to them. There were no police around when this happened.

PS. In this video, they got cornered by a lot of enforcers, and isn't it in their rules and regulations that one enforcer is only allowed to talk to the driver and issue a ticket to the driver. Thank You.
